Q:What kind of web shop; Blooming Factory?

A:We are a web shop that deal in Art-flower (Nunohana/Silk flower) materials, established from art-flower fabric manufacture in JAPAN.

 

Q:Does the shop opens for every day?

A:Our business hour is Monday to Friday, 10AM to 5PM in Japan Time. We are closing every weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Japanese National Holidays. Please refer the shop calendar to check shop closures. Of course we are very welcome to receive orders and inquiries during shop closure time, but reply or contacting you will be later than next business day (trying to reply or make contacts within 2-3 business days).

 

Q:How to purchase products?

Q:Is it possible to order via e-mail?

A:We are just accepting to receive orders via web shop. We cannot receive orders via e-mail. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

A:PayPal and Credit Card.

A: We are sending all ordered products by Japan Post, and please refer the countries and regions where we have sent our products before.

Q:How much the estimated postage will be charged to…?

Q:Which language is available?

A: Japanese or English are available. If you send inquiries by your languages, please note that we will use web translator to make it understandable. Moreover, please enter your information (Name and (delivery) Address) in “English” when you register as our membership or settle your order at Blooming Factory.

 

Q:Is it possible to add more items to the order which had settled once?

A:Adding items to your order is possible. If you want to add 1 or 2 items, or you want to change the numbers of items which you have already ordered, you can let us know that via e-mail. However, if you want to add many items, please make your another order which you want to add, with write a comment that “I want to add these items to previous order. Please combine these 2 orders to 1 parcel.”

 If your additional order has sent after we let you know the postage, the postage could be changed by adding items because we are calculating the postage for each time by weighting with well-packed ordered items with a box.

 Moreover, we cannot accept additional order or numbers changes after the PayPal payment has settled. Please be aware of that. Thank you.

 

Q:Is it possible to make order with a lot of amount for?

A:We can arrange a lot of amount’s order. Please make a contact with us and discuss about your huge amount of order.

 

Q: Is the Japanese Consumption Tax will be charged to the order?

A: Japanese Consumption Tax will not be charged to your order. We are introducing “Tax Free” system for orders from overseas.

 

Q:Is there any fee will be charged except items total amount (items’ total prices) and postage?

A:We are not charging any commissions, packing fee, packing materials fee or other fees to our customers. Only items total amount (items’ total prices) and actual postage will be your total amount for your payment.
