These colored Thin Silk have luster like Pure Silk (100% Silk). Translucency and thickness is similar to our “Pure Silk Habutae No. 4” or “Pure Silk Habutae No. 6”.

This colored Thin Silks are “Non-starched”, but it have moderate tension.

Bonds and glues can be used, so these colored Thin Silk are suitable for Art Flower (Fabric Flower/ Flower making/ Nunohana) and Tsumami craft.

Cupra (material of Thin Silk) have hygroscopic property, so wrinkles can be made easily.

To smooth wrinkles on colored Sin Silk, iron with medium temperature can be used by covering colored Thin Silk by cotton fabric.

(This colored Thin Silk is providing by fold to fit in a plastic bag, but the folding mark cannot be smooth out by iron. Please be aware of that in advance.)

*Ironing with high temperature could be causing discoloration. Please make sure to cover colored Thin Silk with cotton fabric and use iron with medium temperature.
