The flow of manufacturing Art Flower Fabrics

How the fabrics are made?

 

1. Weaving

Fabrics are weaved with Cupra Rayon, Rayon, Lame threads (by weaving machine) at our designated weaving manufacture.

      

 

2. Dying Processing

Then, Smelt Processing (the process of removing impurities from weaved fabrics) by dying machine, and Dying Processing (the process of dying fabrics as Fluorescent White or Unbleached Color), are processed.

 

3. Art flower glue Starching Processing

After that, Starching Art flower glue to the fabrics.

 

4. Fabric Inspection

After all processing has finished, inspect the fabrics.

 

5. Cutting

Cutting inspected fabrics into 1m width.
