After COVID-19 pandemic, postal service is unsatble in all over the world. Also, there are difficult place where postal service to be continued by several reasons in some part of the world.
Because of that Japan Post forced to suspend delivery service for temporary to these countries below.
Japan Post has announced this by UPU (Universal Postal Union) on April 1st, 2020.
